And if the 25% tariff hits canadian lumber, then everything is going to shut down.I'd like to know when this country is going to actually do something to help new construction.

I believe they might still able to buy new properties (I have a Canadian passport so it doesn't affect me and so I haven't followed the details).

It will be a royal PITA to do a one-night stay on a random Wednesday, but it could be done.3) It's currently listed as pet-friendly with only a $30 pet fee.

Considering that my parents and I are not Canadian citizens it adds an additional wrinkle to things as they or I are not able to claim this as the primary residence and avoid the capitol gains tax... a lot to consider and think about.
