I think too many REI focus on either CF or equity, which is a mistake. 

I've actually pulled the plug on investing to focus on our general contracting business because investing was more of a distraction.  

Focus on networking with local investors, learning market trends in your new area, and deciding on a strategy that fits your goals.Good luck!
