Image is a photoshopped version of what I expect the house to look like when finished.

Not that someone could not photoshop but it helps and is something taught in all of the realtor safety classes I have attended. 

Not sure how difficult it is to remove these watermarks in photoshop, but it would make your pictures that much harder to use.

I photoshopped a Tulum map with the future master plans to get a feel for how Tulum will look in a couple of years... mixed feelings. 

In my case it involves a lot of expensive equipment, knowledge of flambient photography, a mastering of Photoshop, and a lot of patience for processing multiple exposures plus flash for a single finished photo.

I photoshopped them out of that photo I posted.

As others have recommended, get the house 100% ready and then take professional photos. Hope

If I am owning a place out of state, a property manager can say anything or photoshop any picture to show me the condition of the house.

Its like trying to use Adobe Photoshop to do a simple edit for a photo --- for decades now I can't since the software is not intuitive for all its power.good luck.

The OTA loves lots of photos and your listing can be boosted higher if you have between 30-40 photos. Hope
