I’ve been digging into private money lately—trying to wrap my head around how investors and lenders make these deals a win-win.

I've got a lot of conflicting ideas bouncing around in my head, and I'm afraid I'm falling into analysis paralysis.Are there any experienced real estate investors in Columbus, OH who would be interested connecting?

In my head, the age of the list seems important.

I now want to list a FURNISHED monthly rental - I do see that there are furnished apartments listed on Zillow under the heading "FURNISHED APARTMENTS".

The exact changes to the CC&Rs aren’t clear yet, but we can see where this is heading.

Just a heads-up: with the way the insurance market has been here over the past couple of years, this is accurate as of today, but things could look very different (for better or worse) in 6+ months.

You'll find a lot of hard working contractors.Have something to write on as many of the contractors won't have business cards.You'll still want to screen them a bit because, "there's a reason they work with the hands, not their heads":)

Unfortunately, they do not learn and appear to bury their heads in the sand.
