Hi ZoeyBeing licensed in NC I would definitely say investing in a multifamily property in the Raleigh area can be a great opportunity, especially for house hacking.

Though I think it is a creative way to save for your future.I have worked with many investors recently who are very interested in investing in North Carolina. 

Don’t know about NC. 

I continue to affirm that no agreement between me and estate legal exist, as there was no meeting of the minds, which is required for a legal contract inder NC State Law.I furthermore had rescinded my offer to enter into said contract with them due to this lack of the meeting of the minds.I continue to request a full refund.
