We have a 10-Unit apartment building in Milwaukee. 

We are based in Milwaukee WI and have tenants from Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee and it's pretty much hurry up and wait. 

I’m also looking to invest in the Milwaukee, WI area, so if anyone has tips or knows of good opportunity areas, I’d love to hear about it!

I also am not looking for cheep properties in bad locations that could turn a quick buck.

The applicant needs a credit card to complete the process and they charge more than $25.A lot of landlords in Milwaukee do the same.

We also tell them that we charge $25 per hole for TV mounts, shelves etc I think that $10 up-front investment has reduced the number of issues by probably 80%.Our walls are textured (sand textured in Milwaukee, orange peel textured in the western suburbs - yes, there is an actual dividing line), so we try to avoid the usual palm-sized patch and fill only the hole without making it bigger, so we can get away without texturing.
