Best advice: don't get emotional about a deal.Found first deal on MLS, but have found stuff on FB, Nextdoor app, and even yard signs! 

I have seen a few apps mentioned, but I prefer to use excel and log everything that way. 

However when my tenants move out I will also use the Mayistay APP and let my fellow owners and landlords know what I thought of the tenants.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

@Mindy Jensen @Brandon Turnercan someone please help.I've been banned too... it was because the android app is really horrible.

I really would like an app or site that allows you to compile a list of properties with notes on the spot, and bonus points if it pulls up any info on the property as well. 

New to the app & doing some research, I found this app might be a good resource.
