Obama, Gates, Kerry, and many other climate change activists have also bought beach property (some within the last couple of years) despite traveling the world in private jets and limousines to warn that coastal cities will be wiped out soon. 

My dad has owned a limousine company for 25 years and he doesn't think his company is worth anything, because the cars are all used and he doesn't see a value in his book of business. fortunately, I'm working with them right now to build their business to sell for a lot more than they thought it was worth.

A statement I use all the time is- everyone drives home in a limousine.

I used to own a taxi/limousine company and literally I got 90% of my information on getting started directly from the Department of Transportation. 

Just ask the taxi and limousine commission how well their fight against uber is going....In regards to whether you would choose Brooklyn or Manhattan ,   Brooklyn Condos tend to have fewer restrictions in regards to subleasing.    

Until the celebrities that fly around in their private jets, are chauffeured around in their limousines, water their expansive yards of their mansions stop with their foolish lobbying of their fans to pass policies that have NO EFFECT on the celebrities but is carried on the backs of the working class, nothing will change.
