I am looking for a solid real estate agent and eventually will need a home inspector, possible property manager/etc. in regards to the process.I have a few family friends which I am blessed to have mentored me the past few years in this field and I am determined/diligent to learn and grow. 

The inspector for the buyers stated "this is a nice house" "done really well".

Sure you can get away with it , until a home inspector looks at the dates on electric wire , or pvc pipe . 

I don't know any out of there at the moment but I do know an AMAZING home inspector out there.

You can make the determination by examining the mechanical systems yourself and finding out their age or hiring an inspector to evaluate the systems.

Do you have an inspector come out the property every time or can we use app to confirm work has been completed?

Daniel,If its something you really like from all accounts, get with an inspector and property manager to give their thoughts on the area, condition of the property etc...

After that, it may depend more on the workload of the inspector.

After that, an inspector will come out to check the space.

A buddy of mine up in Omaha once inherited a tenant who refused to let inspectors through the door.. ended up pushing back renovations for a month and racking up costs like you wouldn’t believe.
