Another question I have as it pertains to the profit calculator: Are there any calculators or resources that exist for buying and operating and/or rehabbing a hotel?

This is the structure we were looking at which is more of a subsidiary structure and this applies to raw land development: 📌 Structuring Plan1️⃣ Set up a QOF to raise capital from investors.2️⃣ Create a QOZB to handle hotel & parking development (each separate land parcels).3️⃣ QOF owns the land & funds QOZB for development.4️⃣ Raise capital through QOF equity, bank loans, or JV partners.5️⃣ Develop the projects & operate for 10+ years for tax-free gains.

What are you expecting in terms of tenants/monthly rent based on the area around the hotel?

If you scale you may want to look at hotel suppliers.

we are doing similar but hotel / extended stay valuations are almost double apartments.

Until you don't -- like when you have a big claim and it's denied for violation of the policy terms.You're essentially operating a 1-unit hotel and you really, really want a commercial policy for it.
