@John James, your virtual assistants can post news on Facebook and Instagram via social CRM like EClincher or via Social Media Marketing Platforms like Hootsuite.

I use google plus all the time because it seems to be more business focused now and easier to connect with my email, and also hootsuite to use twitter and facebook because i can't stand spending time on their actual sites.Does the @replies here only work with colleagues, or anyone on that particular thread?

There are tools like Hootsuite, Sproutsocial, and a bunch of others than can help to manage multiple accounts from one platform.

I would also suggest using one of the twitter apps such as hootsuite and segregating your followers into categories, such as real estate, news, funny, sports etc etc.But honestly, having 20,000 followers and thinking you can actually engage people is crazy.As Josh said establish quality relationships.

Off topic slightly check out HOOTSUITE I just started using it and its a free service and you can add your twitter, facebook, facebook fan pages, and other social networks to it its very user friendly and you can pre-set status messages, send messages, follow new people, etc (just something to check out)

I bought a hootsuite membership and set it to share 3-5 houses per day with calls to action. 

I have used Hootsuite and HubSpot for campaigns in the past but they take time and effort to master.
