You want cashflow, its going to be on high risk assets not low risk assets. 

It’s crazy how much a listing can sit just because it’s priced too high for the market, even if the property looks great.

Both LVP and laminate floors are low-maintenance and can be cleaned with regular sweeping and mopping.

Then focus on finding professional vendors that can clean/repair, as necessary.

All this was making bills very high. 

There was a time I purchased a number of high end high rise condos; almost all maintenance is done by the condo association, further, I am able to hire the building engineer during their off hours to deal with any interior issues.  

I learned that there are great opportunities to purchase low maintenance, fully remodeled homes in places where there are high quality management teams in place that can produce nearly passive income.
