@Brian Sullivan   So I think you could probably pull that from Propstream or one of the other investor portals....maybe delimited to  purchased in last 12 months, no mortgage balance and mailing address different than the property address. 

They have delimited an area around the attractions you mentioned where STRs are allowed...outside of that area they are not and it sounds like you could be beyond that footprint.Andy
