Verifying addresses with SmartyStreets

Hello all,

I've got a good-sized list of probate personal representatives, and I wanted to make sure the addresses I got from public records were correct. So I did a google search for address verification and SmartyStreets came up. They offer 50,000 (yes, that's thousand) verifications in the first month and every month you get 250 for free thereafter! You can pay for more if you want but for something like ListSource leads or public records leads that's not too shabby for free. They allow you to copy and paste a list from Excel, as well as offer an RESTful API for software geeks like me. I used the copy and paste functionality, and it only took a few seconds to verify 150 addresses. It returns a list of addresses that's delimited the same way you pasted the data (i.e. if you paste from a CSV, it'll return a CSV) with the addresses marked as either mailable (verified), mailable-vacant, or non-mailable. Easy to use and you can't beat the price!
