Unfortunately - it is based out of the Czech republic.  

Chicago title & old republic title are some that I have used in the past.My mentor @Joe Mueller started a title business called Investors Titles Services.

(Chicago Title, Old Republic, etc.) for your searches in Sac county as well as Placer county.

As far as intermediary, my clients have good experience with Old Republic Exchange.

I am just divesting from the Dominican Republic.
