It's amazing how people on these voting committees single in on issues that should not stand in the way of community progress like landscaping, parking, and dog parks.

I have forwarded it to the Colorado AG and Judicial Committee in the legislature.

This bill may be voted in the Senate Judiciary Committee within the next few weeks and if Assembly member Chiu and his co-authors are successful, it will be immediately sent to the Senate floor for a vote.

The credit committee is usually made up of local people who are familiar with the market they are in.

I was on a Senate Steering committee way back in 85 on how to deal with all the platted antiquated lots in CA. there are millions lots created before the modern rules and these lots exist today but many are not buildable and are traded back and forth from tax sale buyers to retail buyers who dont realize their 5k lot in CA is non buildable.So there was a big conference in FT.

So again In my opinion this is so new and fresh I like the idea of maybe getting a committee together to one have  or two voices to deal with the sponsor and give it a minute .. if it does not right itself over the next year what difference does it make if your investment is lost in 24 or 25 and just maybe repayment and recapitalization will occur and over the course of time investors start to get their principal back..
