@Deepak Kumar, I live in Northern California and closed on an 8-plex a week and a half ago and am in contract on a 44 unit in Tucson as we speak, so I can’t speak from experience as of yet but I agree the Tucson market looks good in my opinion.In regards to job growth, Caterpillar is moving it’s headquarters to Tucson (google caterpillar and Tucson) and Geico is building a corporate office there.

Caterpillar is moving a new facility here, Raytheon is looking to hire on over 2000 new engineers, and more office workers, there is talk about Texas Instruments moving back, and potentially even IBM.

Caterpillar, John Deer, Case, Bobcat etc.

Minneapolis/St Paul is home to Caterpillar, 3M, Target, the capital, universities and hospitals. 

Joe Gore Well, GE lists several in their annual report each year.So does Boeing, General Dynamics, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Caterpillar, ... well you get the idea.

You can see that our growth is looking strong because we now have Amazon bringing their fulfillment center to Bakersfield, along with L'Oreal, Ikea, Ross, Target, Caterpillar, etc.  

Many Chinese and Russian investors bought properties over asking price driving the market up.As for Jobs, many larger companies are moving from downstate Illinois to Chicago: McDonald's, ConAgra, Caterpillar, Kraft-Heinz, Groupon, and Yelp to name a few.Again put feet on the ground.

I've heard mixed reviews on the area (particularly after Caterpillar's C-Suite move to Chicago), but some interesting news coming out of there nonetheless.Thank you!
