From time to time it might just show you a captcha just to test you, but you can set up an "alarm/warning" to ensure a human/you completed it (it not as fast a fully automated but faster than doing everything by hand for sure).

Sorry guys ..didnt see this..Counties are always tricky - not saying its not possible , but most of them throw up captchas , visual captchas so automating it might be pretty tough .

There's so many hoops you have to jump through and some of their filters, captchas, and etc. are crazy.Cozy is WAY easier to list an apartment on (with the exception of the media limitations).

Before trying something automatic like that, do a small number of inquiries in very rapid succession to see if they will put up a captcha or something similar to see if a human is doing the browsing or not.

Like ri could be a n or 2 n's could be an m.I just hate when they use "l", "i", and "1" or "O" and "0" in those captchas.

I try only to post 3-4 houses a day with it. . .in the same general area, like the same state.For a while I was using a great proxy, but now it won't work with the captcha script.I do have a proxy that works (but it's not free), and I keep the postings in the same state for the account.
