Just saying..Mistakes is part of this journey some more than others, what you do with mistakes is up to you - learn to be better with costly mistakes rather than get the right education first  or be bitter(many end up here, jaded because of misplaced righteousness and own undoing)?

But I know many people who haven't invested over the last few years because of the cartels and who bitterly regret it given what the market has done there.As to the government, I'm not sure what your issue is and when you lived there.

All this made me bitter, and sour, and it reflects in my interaction with BP members, your team, and the people I am trying to help.

We appreciate your interest in our organization, but surely there is a bitter way...I meant better way to spread the good things the DC Landlord Association is doing & address your concerns.

Bitter cold temps can affect the performance of "electrical" based locks. 

Most likely, these "nice" people will force you to go through an eviction, be bitter at you for evicting them and leave the place a royal mess with damages everywhere.

As a grown up I learned to take life as is, not live in a fantasy world and ,above all, value the TRUTH, no matter how bitter it is.P.S.

Unfortunately most of the folks on BP don't want to hear the bitter truth.

I also let people know my intentions and ask them why they arent using other sources to sell their property so I dont think I will get bitter people that feel caught off guard thinking they have their house sold when they sign the contract.

He can either up his price to what he thinks he's worth or keep feeling underpaid and bitter.
