@Pascual Torres you just need to look harder to find deals or you become a lemming following the rest of the herd of the cliff.Are you letting EVERYONE you know that you are looking for an investment property?

I've had rattlesnakes, coyotes, foxes, pigeons, rabbits, squirrels, mice and a lemming. 

I'm an investor not a lemming.  

just sayinive tried that before and it is tough- look into the internet public library and get the news papers so you can get an idea of what's in differing areas then you can go onto google maps and look at the terrain you don't want to buy a sink hole- know what I meanbe careful looking at trends and market changes sometimes its a lemming jumping over the precipice instead of a stable market change- meaning long term vs short term investmentenjoy

@Alem A.I have not read this book but I've read six of the other books in the Bigger Pockets bookstore and they have been top notch.

I am currently engaged and a proud new father(I love you Alem and Malachi!)

So if you know a friend of a friend who has a friend that bought Renatus and now is bashing the crap out it, calling it a scam and MLM, then check it out for yourself, don't join the hate bandwagon like a lemming so you can get approval from your peers.
