.: Why would a struggling investor not use propstream or one of the sites where you can post an all cash deal and instead use a wholesaler they know is making an assignment fee? 

At this point I am very familiar with the business and this particular market.I am considering purchasing 10 acres or so of land for an eco dome / clamping concept with multiple glassy domes on the site.

We have a small payment left on the contract which I am withholding until completion.We did have to get permits and the city inspector has added work at every inspection so that has caused distractions (necessary ones) along the way.Our visit to site today was more of the same, I immediately reached out to the GC with photos of every space - interior and exterior - asking how they can claim we will be done in a week when we are clearly not that close. 

Lots of value for your money.I changed to OwnerRez PMS because we needed security deposits and a direct booking site with our own domain name (they support both).In the cabin, we use Ubiquiti wifi access points and doorbell/cameras.
