With the Notre Dame campus in addition to Amazon's $11 Billion Data center project, and Microsoft coming to town the area is poised for some serious growth over the next 5 years.

Located near the University of Notre Dame, while I lived there for two years, I would short-term rent it for games and events and then stay at a family member's house.

I might be biased but my clients have great success around Notre Dame in South Bend.

Was up watching the Notre Dame/Texas game (too bad the Irish lost, great game!)

The city has cleaned up with a partnership with the University of Notre Dame, and if you check the economy section of the paper here, you'll find over 700 Million dollars has been flooded into development of this area.

The feeling of BP reminds me of the alumni network of Notre Dame (where I completed my EMBA) - everyone is passionate about connecting with and helping others, it's great.  

Then their is the gigantic apartment for sale on Carroll but that is a no fly zone for me.Combine this with my post from the other thread on too much A-Class inventory coming on line right now and I think it would be wise to really sit down and figure out real exposure to risk before buying any multifamily around downtown or Notre Dame right now.Edit: The above was super negative!
