I have been contacted by a woman from my probate mailers.

The woman was a genius 

I was and still am married by a woman that has been taking care of me even though it has been over 5 years ago and she has been saving for about 25 years and we live in a house with the mortgeage paid off.  

The woman who owned it paid $82K in 2007So I am not going to give a guess.

My goal so far (please feel free shoot holes in this plan as I love learning from constructive criticism)...once I get my 'wife hack' situation figured out (she is the greatest woman I know but is one of the most risk adverse people I've ever met.

Being a single 32 year old woman who is not well versed in the world of construction has definitely put me at a disadvantage of knowing the industry and how it operates.

Side-by-side in both instances and not enclosed in a counter or closet..We sold an old Cape Cod to a heavy set woman who couldn't do stairs.She had her son convert the living room into both a laundry & master bedroom.

Joseph Jackson I lived in Santa Monica for 5 years, drove a 14 year old, $2500 car, and wooed the woman (now, wife) of my dreams with it.

Literally right across the street, a woman has listed a lot next to her house for sale and it is the same dimensions as my second 50' wide lot.

That way I can walk them through the details and assist them in understanding what's happening; I can also give them the market value for their property and show them what the value looks like to a specific investor versus what they are likely to get through listing the property formally.But I see how that can strike the wrong chord because the woman bringing you the deal seems to be tied up with the buyer who's writing it.
