The 2 mortgages are affecting his credit and he wants to unload the first house.In all my researching of wholesaling I've yet to find out how a tenant affects the transaction.

I know in a rental, you have the tenant pay off the loan slowly but surely, but what about when wholesaling?

My realtor is wholesaling it to me for 70K and it nets $1650/mo.

Hello, I've been trying to get started wholesaling properties for about a year now only to have no progress at all.  

I'm having trouble finding an attorney who is comfortable with assignments and wholesaling in general.

I have formed invaluable relationships with wholesalers (who actually know what they are doing)  and investors who have financed some of my properties and to whom I have wholesaled some of mine.   

@Chris Stephens I'm sorry I am a bit of a beginner but can you explain what you mean in this equation, I've read about it before in separate posts about wholesaling but never understood it because wouldn't you need to renovate the house which is considered flipping not wholesaling?
