Account Closed Buying Rentals With Cash
28 February 2019 | 60 replies
Account Closed there is value in purchasing your properties with cash and it's okay to say that you're plan is to only purchase with cash, however, at one point you may change your mind once you learn more about leverage.I personally like to purchase as much as possible in cash but at the same time if it makes sense to use leverage I will absolutely do it.You'll learn as you're going that after a few purchases you'll need more cash to continue to purchase these properties so you'll either have to do a few flips or will have to refinance a few properties to get the necessary cash.Take some time, listen to the podcasts here on BP and other venues, continue to read books about real estate investing and the posts from here and you'll be in a good position to make the right decisions for you and your family.
