BP is a good place to get the word out, but people will be hesitant to loan money to a stranger with seemingly little experience in the fix and flip game. 

So here I am, the next step – introducing myself to a bunch of strangers on the interwebz.

Everyone you talk to, even strangers, you start the conversation by asking them what they do for a living or how they're job is going.

Not worth it.The seller has a lot riding on your ability to do the work, and you are a stranger to him.There are 3 houses in the local area I invest in that are flipper disasters. 

Not very good at talking with strangers.

It is better to find off-market deals where people haven't done all the work needed to put the home on the market - ready for strangers to come looking.You might try mailing to a list of motivated sellers.

What I also have is lack of timidness and reservation when it comes to talking to strangers.

Air bnb isn’t going to much better with strangers coming and going in your home .

I'm a highly-creative visionary by nature and my role in my business is to identify what we're doing and how we can go about it, I'm the in-front guy, networking with strangers, exploring new ideas etc etc.

Buying site unseen and trusting a strangers opinion on the property is a recipe for disaster
