I hear speakers saying that it's not legal in California to assign a real estate purchase agreement (Purchase agreement with a private seller)  however I also hear that it is legal.

They meet up quite regularly and have regular speakers and info sessions.

We get there to network around 6:30 and we have our speaker at 7.

David Schweikert (R-AZ) and Samuel Guzik are the speakers on the webinar.  

We usually get a troop of speakers up here, now more than ever.

This meeting has a main speaker from Fair Housing Council, so all local landlords should try to attend.
