They also completed a 25 million series B funding in summer of 2019 that values the company at 127 million, which is a good signal for expansion.What appeals to me about this model, is you can go buy a couple acres of land ( Hipcamp suggest a 2 acre minimum), make some minor infrastructure upgrades and then build a couple A-frame tiny cabins, some yurts or simply just a clearing that would allow for someone to pitch a tent.

I don't think only 5 % of homes listed making small price adjustments is anything huge, but could be signaling what's to come.

They will then have you sign all of the paperwork and the buyer will bring in all of the money needed to close then you can close the transaction. 

A developer buys a property for X amount of dollars, and has to put in all the infrastructure to support the project (underground utilities, roads, curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage, deal with any environmental concerns, soil stabilization issues, earthquake requirements, cost of a neighborhood park, contribute to a nearby traffic signal, etc. and many unforeseen things) ALL of these things add costs to a development.

My main reason is to hook a few video feeds to a wifi signal so I or pm can view the premises at any moment.

To me, that signals more, not less, disposable income.

I talked with my attorney and I told him I will never attend a closing again - I will give him Power of Attorney so he can sign all the docs in my behalf.

The point of my rambling is ... higher cap rates normally signal a higher risk investment.
