Probably have to get that from water department or water provider....there you're looking for properties that have meters, but don't have service.I always say if you're trying to get these from government or semi-government entities directly...go in person....don't call....90% of the time in my experience if you call, they are quick to say no...or try to get rid of you.

You might consider painting the wall with a semi gloss paint it is washable and would make any future cleaning easy.

Paint or replace the wood moldings around the windows and paint them semi-gloss white. 

For example, if a developer is selling one side of a duplex it will be listed MF instead of a townhouse or semi-detatched.
