DSCR lenders will close in an entity, allowing more protection for you, and the industry has become super competitive compared to conventional.

Does anyone has any knowledge on how and or where a retail investor can go to invest in assets that pay a royalty?

Contract assignments are very common across many industries, including real estate.

What logical reason would the retailer have to rent you their space to do the exact same thing they're doing? 

Might not be 100% safe but it seems like a pretty sure betThe ATM industry is in a huge transition.
