The house is a fully remodeled 5 bed, 2 bath at 72nd and Pecos in Adams County so I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with Airbnb in this area of Denver, what you are grossing monthly on average and if there are any Adams County rules that restrict Airbnb of non-primary residences (like city of Denver does).

Keep in mind there's residency restrictions on accessories - so if you house hack with an accessory, when you move out of that place and move to the next one, you won't be able rent as a duplex.

They do HML so hard for me to believe they are junior.Now, with HML being the lender, there is probably a restriction in that mortgage so that no junior lien can be brought on; hence the use of unsecured loans.

@Vivian O. the simplest way to think of it is that a Warranty Deed gives full ownership and maximum rights to the owner with no restrictions other than those imposed by the government on all properties and by your lien holder if you have a mortgage.A Trustee Deed gives ownership with restrictions.

The City of Charleston will not allow AirBnB rentals to anyone who is not an owner/occupant and even with this the ordinance is very restrictive (ex., 4 adult max).
