Hello Everyone,

My name is Javen Bradshaw. I am new to wholesaling, just getting started. I work a full time job, but I want to do some cold calling either before and/or after work. I live in California working the Bay Area markets. What are optimal times I should call, and are there certain legal restrictions I need to be aware of?
