The rental market is really good here. i put vinyl planks in that look like wood, and i had a little breakfast bar made out of  green granite. i put new laminate countertops in, and in general just got the place as clean as i could get it.

this type of corporate housing.. is like a bed and breakfast, you have no control of who is responsible that actually is living there, could be 5 people or 15. 

Homeaway is far superior for a vacation rental since I'm not renting a room or running a bed and breakfast.
