With SFH you have to deal with exterior items to a property and more systems compared to a condo which you just have your shell, but you have to deal with an association.

In particular, I’m a huge fan of the South Side of Chicago or Northwest Indiana for cash-flowing properties.

I would think this model works best if the property is close to you.

The same goes for PMs and companies selling properties.
