I'm about to start my first direct mail marketing campaign and I'm looking for a company to print my yellow letters and postcards.

I know I need to do it a few more times to generate leads, but was wondering if anyone had used a postcard in the past that REALLY worked well?

Is there a more affective way to contact sellers other than direct mail postcards?

I'm a new investor/wholesaler using REIQ for lead generation, REIkit for my CRM, and Deal Machine for mailing post cards. 

I have been sending out postcards to these off market leads using Deal Machine, contacting agents directly on deals I find on the MLS, and analyzing all property data before making these calls.

I kind of like the post cards with a recent picture of my property because I am a remote owner so I get several pictures a year to verify my residents are caring for the property.

Try out a few different letters and postcards and see which ones you get the best response from.
