Hi Carlo,As you may be able to tell from the previous comments, there's so many ways to connect and truthfully all can work - so you just have to pick (or do all) and do them.

I don't have experience with quads, tri's, or duplexes but I see it is slim picking on the quad front so like you a new build makes sense to me as well.
