Hi @Ken Cooper I too am a Westsider...Don't give up too easily there are deals all over Southern California, just not a lot of low hanging fruit.

It is in Medford but you can get there by the Orange or Red line and a bus, or it is just a 2 mile walk from Davis Square if you do the Red.

Anyway, selling these notes, wow, trying to do so at par, like an assignment to investors would be a great way to get a new orange jump suit.
