We don't turn ours off but we discuss temperatures with guests beforehand and if they indicate they need something different (ie a lower heat temperature) we adjust that for them accordingly.Original poster: you need the app to adjust and set the limits.

Those are all fixer-uppers and people are using hard money to minimize cash out-of-pocket.FWIW, cap rate is an irrelevant metric for single family, which uses comps to determine value.
