All 3 cities are experiencing a restaurant/bar/shopping boom in the downtown areas and riding the craft beer/craft burger/foodie movement with Greensboro and Winston leading the way.

There is simply a bunch of really well-crafted messages, but no one that actually stands behind the company.  

I purchased Chief Architect and meticulously measured every nook and cranny to render a perfectly digitized version of my new home and edited that copy to visualize what the home would become (opened up walls and added a bedroom).Being my first BRRRR deal, I was eager to get my hands dirty in order to stay relatively on budget.

I can craft the language according to my partnership but hoping to get ideas of what others are doing that may have had it reviewed by an attorney already. 

A company that basically provided all the lumber and materials for so many crafts and if I am not mistaken they did the labor as well?

We all need mentors, no matter how good we are at our craft.

That's why I say if you're going to play in those kinds of markets professionally then either sharpen your sword to get better at your craft or go find a different market.

Unless you're familiar with crafting sales contracts, you may need to hire an attorney to draft a legal agreement.

You can be sure that when I get the books and records, I will be meticulously reviewing them.

We are trying to craft a message specifically targeted to the most heavily marketed areas that stands out from the rest.
