Hello All, My wife and I have decided to get in the real estate game and have recently began looking into foreclosures.

He was over-leveraged, the rules changed, and he went from a multi-millionaire to bankrupt in a matter of months.Wise investors work hard, save up, and put skin in the game.

- What construction/renovation background can they prove or take a great game about?

Real estate is a long game.  

Then use Pinterest for ideas on the looks of ideas of fire pits, grills, picnic table(s), games (horseshoes, volleyball, etc)...

The mental game can be the hard part for me.

Where I'm stuck is whether I should use a metering system that pre-prints a stamp onto the envelop or find a machine that can place a physical stamp onto an envelope (obviously I can't sit there all day stamping).I'm thinking from the perspective of mail that looks to "businessy" vs. mail that looks more personalized for better response/conversion rates.

I've been in the game in this market a while as I have 12 units and 3 single family homes and know this is a great deal.
