A bit warmer than White Lake Michigan.  

I like the property as it's less than 5 minutes from Lake Michigan and there are many new breweries, restaurants, shopping etc. being built less than a mile away from it.

Lake Toxaway, Cashiers, and Sapphire are nice as well.There are some "condotel" listings in Asheville, though that is very limited.You said you already had someone working with you in Asheville area.

I am currently looking at purchasing a property as a residence (Lake property) in Tennessee.

Hello everyone, New member and this will be my first post (sorry for it being long)I live and invest out of the Greater Salt lake area.

I was just reading the thread about your lake house.

But this property was going to take more work now, and absolutely more work in the future, than I am willing to put into it. 2 units vacant for over a year (out of state owner, hasn't tried renting them out, allegedly). 1 unit in the middle of an eviction. 2 units filled on MTM leases.

I am also in Moses Lake.
