It helped me focus and kept me grounded to make sure that the business was working on its own without me getting emotional and using personal funds to feed something that should have been left to die.

I've asked the tenants if they could use some storage space and I received positive feed back.

I am not sure why Ned jumps immediately on any feed that has to do with PIP but again seems that BP allows this type of behavior here.

So, not your standard quad, but worth having pop up on your criteria feed. 

The MLS (placed by agents) will feed to Zillow if the broker is set up with them  - most are.If you place it on zillow, it does NOT go to the MLS..

So when they're home at night in bed scrolling through their FB book feed, they see our ads as warm leads instead of cold.
