There are quite a few action items  most real estate investors fail to implement that are far more helpful with respect to asset protection than merely creating an LLC.

I was back room with Armando for years and then Nick Vertucci ( I was providing capital to their students) so they could implement what they were taught.. 

Instead I have decided to add some extra electrical outlets and put in lights and rent it as a workshop.

Dave Ramsey isn't wrong, but he is miles from "right" on how to utilize money because he DOSN'T teach or speak of how to utilize, implement, leverage or deploy money as he dosn't know how to himself, hence the trail of bankruptcies. 

You do not want to go with someone just using that word lightly.

However there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
