The sponsor that's best for an aggressive investor will look horrible to a conservative one and vice versa.

I guess in the grand scheme of things, that cost of $1799 is not horrible to learn a "tried and true" method, as long as it can actually produce results.

Water isn't horribly expensive but I like the idea of a utility cap. 

Also, the comment regarding "got out of the market in 2009", a horrible move, btw.  

It’s not horrible just old and somewhat dirty.

So, the software might be great but customer service is horrible.

Then when they have to finally evict, all the months of being the nice guy goes down the drain anyway because now the tenant expects no consequences and asks the landlord how they could be such a mean, horrible person.Oh!

If there is no meat on the bone then this is a horrible deal based on the terms alone.

Sadly, it no longer comes as a surprise to hear about all the horrible experiences people are having with ABC.So it’s now been another three months since my property was “ready for inspection”, and it’s still not done, which officially brings it past the one year mark since I originally purchased the property.
