I'm thinking of instituting a quiet noise clause in the lease to help, but outside of that, that's it I think...Interested to hear everyone's input...Bruce

I would only listen to Wayne in this thread he is an expert in that market the rest are just white noise and should be dimissed as advice or comments that are not worth anymore than the few seconds it takes to read this..

A lot of the noise Arbitrage types throw up ignores a lot of harsh realities. 

Most HVAC techs dont have boiler experience , A home inspector wouldnt really know what he is looking at . if it were summer time when it was inspected and the boiler was off , he probably turned it on , heard some noise and said it worked .

If it’s a concrete surface that you will be applying an epoxy coating or a polyurea coating I would assume the mechanical grinding process a contractor would utilize to prep this floor would take care of all the problems on the concrete.

At which point the agent then looks for another one of "you" to do it again and grind through the process.Sounds like your agent is wanting you to listen to their experience and not do the grinding part of the job.

Those who don't mind giving up some of their desires for use of the home as pertains to home businesses, guests, pets and making noise.

I was afraid there would be a lot of street noise, but there is very little.

Try to get quiet folks as if one makes a lot of noise the other will complain to you.
