If you are a Broker, be careful not to disclose more information than you legally have to...because people's eyes light up, usually, when they hear someone is a broker and not "just an agent" (which just transformed you from a average shark to a shark on steroids, it seems in the eyes of some sellers).

When your intent is to make money with the added bonus of genuinely helping people, not knowing what you don't know but learning as you go is the only those of us "without two nickles to rub together" is what we have to go by.

They are trying to transform the city into a tech hub.
