The trick is in knowing how much each feature is worth in your particular farm area.  

My suggestion would be to search the Casper zip codes using the search feature in the upper right hand corner next to the bell image and your picture.

I thought discussions on Real Estate Commission Rebate Saving were comical, but for a Mortgage Broker to pull back the curtain and show all in regards to Lender To Borrower Credit to pay closing costs, and it even gets such pushback, truly exposes the level of education of some posting on BP!  

People perk up with their corporate smiles that make them look like the Joker from the Batman comics.

In here it will be unrentable as people expect these features.

Those four things when I first wrote them down seemed almost comical and I thought even if I achieved one of them I would be a happy person.

BP is also working on that feature for KY but sounds like you may need it sooner.
