I love travel, and have rented my primary residence, sold or given away whatever I couldn't fit into a 10x10 storage unit, and purchased a one-way ticket to Medellin Colombia for the end of April. 

Threw a countertop on them and hung a wall cabinet above that for storage.

Hi BP,I'm a big car guy and have thought for a long time about opening up a self storage facility with an automotive niche.

She had some extra furniture in storage that we paid to use for a short time.

I’ve saved well (nothing to spend money on here), but I don’t have a car, clothes (other than what’s in my backpack), or any items in storage.

I am also very interested in self storage, laundromat's, and car washes.  

@Shaniqua Dupree check out craigslist under "parking and storage" there are a lot of owners on there who try to rent out spaces for people to park RV's good luck

We found a great property which has about 1.1 acres, 11,000 sq ft indoor storage, office space, and plenty of outdoor storage for cars and truck parking.  

I can figure out the new tenants- I have some storage on site at the worst and another place they can stay - but I dont think it will be an issue.
