To answer one of your questions, I doubt you will ever find someone willing to give a loan in 2nd position on an investment property.

If they do not respond quickly when it is for rent, are they ever going to respond if there is a work order or some other problem?

Hi there! I’m starting to dabble in real estate investing and a local agent told me this is a great spot to network and learn. Stoked to explore more. 

Jarrell is on the north side of Georgetown and within the very fast growing Williamson County.

Once everything maintenance wise settled down, the house is now pretty much on autopilot and I don’t really ever hear anything from the tenants.

My primary goal is cashflow so looking for an asset that works and is also in a growing area.

However I'm thinking if I ever hit the windfall on something like this, their pockets are probably way deeper than mine and I'm not going to want to spend the money to fight it.
