@Sue Kelly, I can't bring any other argument that will work; I think you've got value and money confused as being the same thing.What sort of downside do you envision where person C's lack of an equity position is a liability? 

I have always been interested, but until the last six (6) months I envisioned starting a real estate investing career after I left the Air Force.

And try to envision whether or not a new system might actually result in more time to manage problems with it.

I was envisioning the spring loaded curtain rods with rubber ends that adjust tot he wall width, but if I may them provide the rod and they choose one they need to drill into the wall that could be bad.

If you envision multiple companies, then this may be a limitation.

It sounds amazing when explained but I'm having trouble envisioning it in my current first home.

Just my two cents, but this is how I envision my business plan working a couple of years down the road.

I can envision getting a lot of requests to check out properties in war zones.
